Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises’ Beaufort Hotel is seeking an Outdoor Pool Bartender for 34° North Restaurant. You will craft cocktails and beverages, deliver friendly service, and help create a memorable guest experience by maintaining a polished bar area outdoors near the pool.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of mixed drinks experience, knowledge of beer, wine and liquor service, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience making and serving mixed drinks
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and liquor service
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards
• Accept and complete drink orders from guests and servers in an organized and timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar during shifts
• Follow cash handling, check handling, and credit card procedures
• Ensure alcohol service complies with laws and company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking bar supplies
• Replenish ice stations and glassware as needed
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and team-oriented atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with restaurant staff and management
