Job summary

Wellen Park Golf Club in North Port, FL, is seeking a driven Part-Time Pool Attendant to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property operated by Troon.

The role offers an hourly wage of $17.00 with healthcare and 401(k) benefits. Responsibilities include pool service, towel distribution, enforcing rules, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive food and beverage service to members by taking orders, delivering items promptly, and ensuring a high level of service at all times.
• Accurately charge purchases to member accounts and properly close out checks.
• Maintain towel service by distributing towels and routinely replenishing clean towels on pool lounge chairs.
• Enforce all pool rules and safety guidelines, including no running, no inflatable toys or rafts, and no motorized devices in the pool.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of the pool deck every 30 minutes to ensure cleanliness and organization, including removing debris and collecting unattended items such as goggles and towels.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for all members and guests.
