Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Pool Bartender to deliver warm, attentive service and showcase a passion for mixology in our resort setting. You will engage guests, explain beverage menus and ensure consistent, high-quality service at poolside or lounge areas.

The role requires knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and garnishes, plus the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced resort environment. A team player with reliability and grooming compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience.
• Excellent knowledge of beverage products.
• POS system experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
