Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Pool Technician to support our maintenance team in Spring Hill/Brooksville, FL. You will maintain pools, spas and related equipment, ensuring safety and compliance across multiple properties.

Required are 3+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and a CPO license with EPA I & II. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred; we offer competitive pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family residential properties.
• CPO license and EPA I & II (or EPA Universal) preferred.
• Valid/active Driver's License required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and upkeep of swimming pools, spas, decks, enclosures, and related equipment.
• Ensure safe and compliant practices at all assigned pools.
• Inspect safety equipment and pool areas; post and enforce pool rules.
• Test and record pool chemicals; maintain pool logs.
• Perform repairs on pool-related equipment; ensure drains are in good repair.
• Record findings in the daily pool inspection log.
