Job summary

Puddle Pools Gulf Coast in Lower Baldwin County, Alabama, is hiring a Pool Technician to join our team. You will test and balance water chemistry, and maintain pools and equipment while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, and a willingness to obtain a CPO certification (training included). We offer a competitive salary of $20.00–$25.00 per hour, a flexible schedule, a company truck, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Background check and drug screen required.
Detail-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to obtain CPO certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

Test & Balance water chemistry.
Clean, inspect, and maintain pool & equipment.
Identify maintenance issues and report.
Build positive relationships with homeowners.
Represent Puddle Pools professionally on first impressions.
