Job summary

Glengate is seeking an experienced Pool Care Technician to service high-end residential pools and spas in Wilton, CT. You will manage openings/closings, weekly maintenance, and equipment upkeep, with opportunities for training and advancement.

A valid driver’s license and flexibility for overtime/on-call are required. We offer competitive pay and benefits for eligible employees, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Pool Service experience; SP-2 license preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, dependable, reliable, punctual.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license; flexible schedule; willing to overtime/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-end residential pools and spas.
• Handle pool openings, closings, weekly service and maintain equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairs of pool and spa equipment as needed.
• Maintain assigned service vehicle and job site.
• Complete scheduled services efficiently with minimal callbacks.
• Follow safety guidelines in all weather conditions.
