Qualifications

• Prior pool service, maintenance, or repair experience preferred but not required — paid training provided.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn pool systems and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service.
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, and skimming residential and commercial pools
• Test and balance water chemistry including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels
• Inspect and service pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers and management
• Manage a scheduled service route efficiently and professionally
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and local regulations
