Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and punctual.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida's heat.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work.
• Able to work independently on a daily service route.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential and commercial pools and provide service.
• Clean, vacuum, brush, skim, and maintain pools.
• Test and balance water chemistry.
• Inspect pool equipment for safe operation.
• Diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, etc.
• Identify leaks and mechanical issues early.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Maintain service records using mobile software.
• Keep company vehicle clean and stocked.
• Deliver reliable service that exceeds customer expectations.
