Job summary

Elite Pool Service in the Kansas City area is hiring for an entry-level on-site pool service position. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduled residential/commercial pool maintenance and basic openings/closings, with hands-on guidance from the service team.

Qualifying candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; MVR required for future promotions. Physical ability to lift, work outdoors in all weather, and communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pool maintenance equipment.
• Basic understanding of pool filtration workings.
• Understanding of pool chemicals and safety.
• Ability to learn new tasks and retain instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing scheduled residential and commercial pool maintenance assignments in an efficient and professional manner.
• Complete basic pool opening and closing.
• With guidance: sand changes; basic pool filter repair; pump motor and seal replacement; basic PVC plumbing; installation and repair of salt systems and tablet feeders; multiport diagnosis repair and replacement; diagnose and repair Pentair pool light products.
• Keep shop area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, organized, and stocked with supplies and tools.
• Maintain jobsite safety during all phases including transport, site work, equipment operation, pool chemicals, electrical, and underground utilities.
• Maintain good working relationship with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
