Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and equipment repair, ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Duties

  • Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing.
  • Inspect and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
  • Communicate with clients regarding their pool needs and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working on-site.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies as needed.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment.
  • Proficient in pool maintenance practices, including cleaning techniques and chemical application.
  • Experience with equipment repair and troubleshooting issues effectively.
