Job summary

Coquina Group Pool Service in Naples, FL is seeking a dedicated Pool Technician for a full-time, on-site role serving high-end residential clients across Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Marco Island. You will maintain equipment, balance water chemistry, and keep detailed service records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in pool cleaning, water testing, and safe chemical handling.
• Experience in basic equipment maintenance and repair.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and professionalism with clients.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage a consistent schedule.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors year round.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical work.
• Experience is a plus but not required. We train the right people.

Responsibilities

Role Description
