Pool Service Unlimited is seeking a dependable, experienced Repair Technician for the greater Naples, FL area. This full-time outdoor role services pool equipment and related systems Monday–Friday, ensuring high-quality maintenance for our customers.

Responsibilities include diagnosing repairs, installing components, and communicating progress to clients. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, holidays, 401k, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with pool equipment and sanitation systems.
• Understanding of pool plumbing and leak detection.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and provide updates.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and swim proficiently.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment; including pumps, filters, heaters, timers, sanitizers and automation systems
• Replace or repair defective components such as valves, motors, seals and lights
• Perform leak detection and repair in plumbing
• Troubleshoot and fix pool automation systems and electrical components
• Identify signs of wear, damage or unsafe conditions in pool surfaces or systems
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs needed, performed or pending
• Stay current with industry standards, products and training
• Identify equipment models and part numbers for replacement
• Use mobile apps or service software to track jobs and update work orders (Skimmer)
• Performs related duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, sanitizers, automation systems)
• Understanding of pool plumbing and leak detection
• Ability to manage customer expectations and provide timely updates
• Valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to swim proficiently
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with water chemistry and balancing pool chemicals is preferred but not required
• Previously performed route-based pool cleaning is preferred but not required
