Certus Home Services is hiring Pool Service Technicians to manage residential routes, keep pools balanced, and identify equipment concerns on each visit. You will build trust with customers through dependable service and operate a take-home company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and comfort working outdoors.
• Professional communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to customers.
• Experience in pool service or maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards.
• Inspect pools and equipment during visits and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory.
• Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately daily.
• Deliver reliable, professional service to retain customers and grow recurring business.
