Regal Pools Companies LP in the Houston area, including Tomball, TX, is seeking a reliable, hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work. This isn't a production-line job; you'll finish projects, handle warranty items, complete repairs, and deliver an exceptional experience for homeowners.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions.
• Experience with pools, construction, plumbing, electrical, landscaping is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Dependable, punctual and professional; customer-focused.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must speak and write in both English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Complete final punch-list items on newly constructed pools.
• Diagnose and perform warranty repairs.
• Troubleshoot pool equipment, plumbing, and automation systems.
• Perform minor masonry, tile, coping, decking, and finish repairs.
• Assist with equipment startups and homeowner orientations.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers.
• Document completed work with photos and notes.
• Help ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

What You'll Do
