Job summary

Aquatic solution is seeking an Experienced Pool Service Technician to lead residential pool openings and closings, install equipment, and perform regular maintenance under our service schedule. You will collect pool data, communicate with customers about service expectations, and provide guidance to assistants while keeping the vehicle organized and tools maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lead on residential pool openings and closings
• Perform installations of residential pool equipment (ie. pumps, filter, heaters, chlorinators, etc)
• Provide regular maintenance on residential swimming pools per our service agreement stipulations
• Collect data associated with customers pool (images and measurements)
• Navigate company provided smart device to access daily job log and manufacturers application.
• Communicate with customers in regards to there pool service expectations and current or future services
• Provide leadership and guidance to assistant regarding on site and warehouse responsibilities.
• Service vehicle organization and cleaning daily.
• Provide advice and guidance to our customer base in regards to chemicalization and operation of there pool.
• Provide quotes for recommended service and repair.
• Operate provided service vehicle in a safe and legal manner.
• Maintain company provided tool and equipment.
• Be equipped with a personal set of hand tools required to perform maintenance and repair in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate issues in the field with management and office staff.
