MUST HAVE POOL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Smart, ambitious go-getters wanted to add to our team. This position requires previous pool service industry experience. A welcoming demeanor with strong communication and organization skills are important traits that are needed for this position. If you have a strong desire to grow, learn, and want more than just another J-O-B, you may be the right person we are looking for. Responsibilities: • Answering calls • Dispatching and Scheduling Appointments • Maintaining Inventory control • Providing the best customer service experience • Whatever it takes to help the team Qualifications: • Experience within the service industry • Proficient in Excel, Word, QuickBooks • A high degree of ownership and accountability with the ability prioritize effectively • A high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication skills • Pre-employment background check and drug-screen required prior to hire • Florida Drivers License with good driving history • Willing to assist in field operations (occasionally) Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
