$10.00/hr - $10.00/hr

Job Description

The Server & Pool Attendant provides fast, friendly, and efficient service by suggestively selling menu items, taking orders, and ensuring guests receive great service throughout their meal, while also maintaining a safe, clean, and organized pool area. This is a tipped position.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Education:

  • Minimum two years experience in hotels, restaurants, or related fields as a server.
  • Proficiency in Front of House operations.
  • Proficient in POS Systems, Aloha, Micros, or similar applications.

Preferred Experience and Education:

  • Experience as a server, busser, runner, or host(ess).
  • Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies, including ServSafe and TIPS.

Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, moving, handling objects, working in loud environments, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and effective communication skills. Must speak English fluently and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, explain menu items, and respond to guest needs.
  • Suggestively sell menu items.
  • Relay orders accurately to kitchen staff.
  • Deliver orders, check on guests, and clear tables.
  • Assist bartenders and perform side duties such as cleaning and setting tables.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness in the pool area, enforce pool rules, and replenish supplies.

This position reports directly to the Food and Beverage Manager or Director. Pre-employment background check required.
