Job summary

Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach is seeking a part-time Pool Server to assist guests with food and beverage selections, take and input orders, and ensure smooth service at the pool area.

You will balance payments, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain clean, well-stocked service spaces. Prior hotel/resort experience and RBS certification are a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• One year food service experience, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by presenting menu, offering cocktails, and answering questions.
• Enter orders to POS system and record guests' choices, special dietary needs, and special requests.
• Keep kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
• Process guest payment transactions accurately and close out table; balance all payment methods with the sales report.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work areas and keep area stocked.
