Job summary

The Mina Group, in Bal Harbour, FL, is seeking a server to deliver memorable dining experiences at its Pearl Beach concept integrated with The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. You will engage guests, ensure timely service, and maintain impeccable presentation in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities include setting tables, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related work experience: At least 1 year.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify menu, service, and other work-related information.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
