Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel is hiring a Pool Server to enhance guest experiences by delivering attentive poolside food and beverage service. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining knowledge of menus and specials.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask in a high-volume outdoor setting, and physical capacity to lift and carry items. Prior F&B experience is preferred; veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting 40–50 pounds and carrying trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet pool guests and provide menus, towels, and basic assistance.
• Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to bar or kitchen.
• Deliver orders promptly and maintain clean service areas.
• Monitor sections and anticipate guest needs for continuous service.
• Process payments and manage room charges or card transactions.
