Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Lifeguard certificate required.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Ability to interact with guests and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to withstand sun, heat, cold, and inclement weather for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically supports and demonstrates superior customer service.
• Ensures regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reports issues to management.
• Keeps pool area clean and free of safety hazards.
• Performs job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Maintains confidentiality in department and company matters.
• Attends to guests in pool area to ensure a memorable visit.
• Maintains communication with management and security to uphold safety standards.
• Responds to situations safely and promptly.
• Keeps pool deck area clean and stocked with towels and supplies.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
