Responsibilities

• Service an assigned residential route on a set weekly schedule
• Skim, brush, vacuum, and net debris; empty skimmer and pump basket
• Test and balance water chemistry with Spin Touch Disks using LSI to ensure proper chemical balance — not just chlorine/pH guesswork
• Add chemicals as needed (chlorine, acid, soda ash, calcium, etc.) based on test results
• Backwash/clean filters as needed and check filter pressure
• Visually inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment; report issues or needed repairs
