Job summary

DriftPoolCare, based in Cumming, GA, is seeking a Pool Technician to service a dedicated residential route across North Georgia. You will perform weekly maintenance, balance chemicals, skim, brush, vacuum, and keep the service area clean and organized.

As you prove reliability and leadership, you can advance to Lead Technician with the potential for higher pay as the team grows. We provide all tools, chemicals, and technology to support high-quality work, with a Monday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Own a reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in GA heat.

Responsibilities

• Service a dedicated route of residential pools across North Georgia.
• Perform weekly pool maintenance including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, chemical balancing, and basket cleaning.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that drives 5-star reviews and referrals.
• Keep your vehicle organized and stocked with company-provided chemicals and tools.
