Job summary

Poolwerx USA LLC is hiring a Pool Retail Sales Associate for a part-time role with paid training and opportunities for growth. You will help homeowners keep their pools and spas clean and safe while learning about pool care, chemicals, and equipment.

No experience is required; training is provided. If you enjoy helping people in a fun, team-based retail environment, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• No pool industry experience required; training provided.
• Retail, customer service, cashier, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable learning technical information about pool and spa care.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding retail experience.
• Perform professional computerized water testing and explain results.
• Recommend pool chemicals, water treatment products, and maintenance solutions.
• Educate customers on proper pool and spa care and seasonal maintenance.
• Assist customers with selecting pool supplies, accessories, replacement parts, and equipment.
• Receive, stock, organize, and merchandise retail inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with promotions.
