Poolwerx Conroe is hiring a Pool Retail Sales Associate for afternoon and weekend shifts.

This entry-level, part-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, performing basic water testing, and recommending pool care products to help customers keep their pools and spas sparkling.

• Assist customers with selecting pool supplies, accessories, replacement parts, and equipment.
• Stock, organize, and merchandise retail inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail showroom.
• Help implement in-store promotions, merchandising displays, and seasonal campaigns.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.

We are hiring for an afternoon and weekend, part-time position. This is not a seasonal role; we're looking for someone dependable and long-term.

This is an entry-level position! No experience is required.

You'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our clients who visit the store. You will learn the science behind water testing and providing chemical recommendations to ensure the proper balance for a safe and sparkling pool and spa. You will also gain hands-on experience repairing a variety of pool cleaners. Being a Pool Retail Associate at Poolwerx is more than just a job. What You'll Do

As a Pool Retail Sales Associate, you'll provide exceptional customer service while helping customers maintain beautiful, healthy swimming pools and spas.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding retail experience during every visit.

Perform professional computerized water testing and explain results.

Recommend pool chemicals, water treatment products, and maintenance solutions based on water test results.

What We're Looking For

No pool industry experience required—we'll train you!

Previous retail, customer service, cashier, or sales experience preferred.

Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Comfortable learning technical information about pool and spa care.

Basic computer skills.

Experience with Facebook or other social media platforms is a plus.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and occasional holidays.
