Poolwerx USA is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver friendly, professional service, perform water testing, and offer chemical equipment solutions to clients. The role focuses on problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work various hours including weekends and some holidays.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and interacts with clients.
• Consults with clients to understand needs and preferences related to products and services.
• Provide accurate technical and sales services, including water testing and chemical equipment solutions.
• Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
• Collects payment using the store point of sale system and processes returns and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean retail environment, including merchandise displays and adhering to OSHA policies & procedures.
• Participate in stock management activities.
• Promote Poolwerx home services.

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
