Job summary

Poolwerx USA is seeking a Part-Time Pool Retail Sales Associate in North Richland Hills, TX. You will deliver exceptional customer service, conduct water tests, and help customers choose chemicals and supplies.

No experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training. You’ll learn pool and spa care, gain sales skills, and have opportunities for growth within the team. Join a fast-growing brand with a friendly, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding retail experience during every visit.
• Perform professional computerized water testing and explain results.
• Recommend pool chemicals, water treatment products, and maintenance solutions based on water test results.
• Educate customers on proper pool and spa care, equipment maintenance, and seasonal pool maintenance.
• Assist customers with selecting pool supplies, accessories, replacement parts, and equipment.
• Receive, stock, organize, and merchandise retail inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail showroom.
• Assist with basic pool cleaner diagnostics and minor equipment repairs after training.
• Help implement in-store promotions, merchandising displays, and seasonal campaigns.
• Support the store's social media presence by assisting with customer engagement and content opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.

What You'll Do

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with Facebook or other social media platforms is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and occasional holidays.
