The Pool Resuscitation Educator structures the learning environment for positive student outcomes throughout the different resuscitation education courses and activities. Resuscitation educators are involved in the design, delivery, evaluation, and coordination of best practice resuscitation activities for the education of BHSF staff requiring resuscitation certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP) as part of their job description requirements. Resuscitation educators are essential in meeting accreditation agency standards for resuscitation education for acute care hospitals. The focus of the Resuscitation Educator is the standardized delivery of resuscitation education across Baptist Health and serving as a mentor and role model for other professionals. Responsible for mentoring and developing new and existing BHSF resuscitation instructors. Estimated pay range for this position is $42.50/hour depending on shift as applicable.
