Job summary

ABC Home & Commercial Services in Austin, TX is hiring a Pool Repair Technician. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and advise customers on service options across residential and commercial pools. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork drives our high standards.

Require a minimum 3 years of pool repair experience and the ability to obtain the Residential Appliances Installers License (RAIL). A valid driver's license (5+ years) and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of pool repair experience.
• Willingness and ability to obtain the Residential Appliances Installers License (RAIL).
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial pool practices, codes, and safety measures.
• Patience and understanding when resolving customer concerns in challenging situations.
• Proficiency in electronic communication and use of various devices.
• Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods, in extreme temperatures.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date at least five years prior to application.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose maintenance issues, recommend options, and complete repairs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRs, and customers to ensure alignment during service repairs or replacements.
• Work with and train any helpers assigned to assist you.
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
