Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Recreation Attendant to provide courteous recreation services and to maintain the pool, recreation complex and spa facilities.

You will greet guests entering and leaving the pool area, deliver outstanding service, perform frequent walk-throughs to keep areas clean and organized, inspect for issues and notify management, and comply with Gaming Commission regulations and Seminole policies while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Outgoing, upbeat personality and task-oriented.
• Ability to work in various conditions.
• Must be fluent in English and able to obtain a Seminole Gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering and leaving the pool area.
• Deliver outstanding guest service in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct a constant walk-through of the pool area to ensure it is clean and organized.
• Inspect the entire pool area; notify management of any issues that need correction.
• Conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
