Job summary

Storey Lake Club in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Pool Patrol to welcome guests, host daily activities, and help ensure access, safety and enjoyment at the pool area. You will assist with event flow, maintain the deck and coordinate with team members.

Responsibilities include cash handling at Sundries Retail, inventory control, and leading by example in a hospitality environment. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtained promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• Experience in recreational hospitality, Cruise Ships, Summer Camps and or DJ
• Must be able to pass CPR/First Aid certifications within in timely manner

Responsibilities

• Organizing and hosting the daily activities as listed in the monthly activity calendar.
• Welcoming and assisting guests as they enter into the club.
• Following policies and procedures to ensure guest/member access, safety, and enjoyment for all guests/members.
• Ensuring all inventory needs are met.
• Conducting cash handling and point of sale at Sundries Retail.
• Be a team leader and lead by example.
• Maintain effective lines of communication between all team members in regards to club operations and issues relating to the guests/members.
• Help keep the pool deck cleaned up and organized.

Education

High School Diploma preferred

Experience in recreational hospitality, Cruise Ships, Summer Camps and or DJ

CPR/First Aid certifications within timely manner

Education & Experience
