Pool Operations Manager
General Manager, Assistant General Manager
Non-Exempt
Oversees the quality and success of all pool operations, including managing Deck Supervisors, Golden Teachers, Swim Instructors, on-deck staff, maintaining the pool environment, and interacting with students and parents/guardians. Maintains expert knowledge of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum and management policies. Conducts audits and improves operational efficiencies by merging, closing, or creating classes as needed. Ensures proper scheduling, class sizes, and costs.
High school diploma or GED preferred. At least two years as a swim instructor required. Experience in youth sports, camp counseling, or teaching preferred. College degree and CPO certification optional.
Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Ellis certifications required.
The employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity; noise levels are moderate.
