Job summary

Moffitt is seeking a Pool Nurse Float for PRN night shifts at our Tampa Bay hospitals. The RN will deliver individualized cancer patient care, following ANA ethics and hospital policies, with emphasis on dignity, safety, and family-centered care.

The role requires FL RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing; Masters preferred. The position is on-site in the Tampa area, with floating assignments across Moffitt facilities, and a strong focus on evidence-based nursing

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in Florida or multi-state privilege with FL as primary residence.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced practice roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to cancer patients per hospital guidelines and ANA codes.
• Utilize nursing process to plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform patient/family education and discharge planning as part of care.
