Job summary

CO1000 H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute Hospital, Inc. seeks a Pool Nurse Float to deliver individualized nursing care to cancer patients. You will apply the nursing process to plan and manage patient care, document care accurately, and collaborate with the care team.

The role requires RN licensure in FL, BLS, ACLS, and a Bachelor's in Nursing. Master’s degree is preferred. This position is based in Florida with on-site duties and a pay rate of $48.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• RN licensure with FL state privileges.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or within 90 days.
• ACLS certification and RN current licensure in FL preferred.

Summary To deliver individualized quality nursing care to cancer patients and families in accordance with established hospital guidelines, nursing professional practice model, nursing care standards and policies and in accordance with ANA code of ethics and external regulatory agencies.

Registered Nurses use the nursing process to effectively plan and manage quality patient care. Biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational and discharge planning needs are addressed in all steps of the nursing process. This is demonstrated in base-line and comparative documentation, entered in a timely manner, and with evidence of age-appropriate consideration when care is planned, delivered, and evaluated.

$48.75 - $48.75 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
