Job summary

Baptist Health in South Florida is seeking an MRI Technologist to provide high-quality imaging for all ages. You will perform MRI procedures, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with the radiology team to deliver accurate results.

Requirements include ARRT MR or ARMRIT certifications, ARRT Radiography, BLS, and graduation from an accredited MRI program. Minimum experience less than 1 year; commitment to continuous improvement and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited MRI program.
• MR registry eligibility (ARRT MR or ARMRIT) is required.
• ARRT Radiography credential is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• ARRT MR or ARMIT certification must be completed within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures with attention to safety and image quality.
• Participate in the department's continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients.
• Collaborate with radiology staff and physicians to deliver accurate results.

Provides a variety of MRI procedures on all age groups served by the entity. Safely ensures quality images. Participates in the department continuous improvement process. Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients.

Qualifications

Degrees

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Licenses & Certifications

• ARRT Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• ARMRIT MRI Technologist.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist.
• Basic Life Support.
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography.

Additional Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited MRI Program and is ARRT (MR) or ARMIT Certified.
• Graduated from an approved Radiologic Technology Program and is MR registry eligible.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMIT must be completed within 12 months of hire/job entry.
