Job summary

Baptist Health in Plantation, FL is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform a range of MRI procedures across age groups. You will ensure safe, high-quality imaging and contribute to continuous quality improvements in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role requires ARRT MRI certification, ARMRIT, and at least 1 year in acute care. Comprehensive benefits and scheduling include Sundays and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Advanced ARRT Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging required.
• Six months experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of MRI procedures on all age groups served.
• Safely ensure quality images and patient comfort during scanning.
• Participate in the department's continuous quality improvement process and ensure appropriate care for all assigned patients.

Description

Provides a variety of MRI procedures on all age groups served by the entity. Safely ensures quality images. Participates in the department continuous quality improvement process. Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients. Estimated pay range for this position is $38.36 - $49.87 / hour depending on experience.

Schedule

Sundays 7:30am-8pm and some Saturdays

Qualifications

Degrees

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Licenses & Certifications

• ARRT Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• ARMRIT MRI Technologist.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist.
• Basic Life Support.
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography.

Additional Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Advanced ARRT Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging required - RT MR ARRT registered technologist or ARMIT certification.
• Six months experience in an acute care setting preferred.
