MetroGreenscape is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician in Charlotte, NC to keep residential pools clean, balanced, and safe. You will handle water chemistry, equipment upkeep, cleaning, and client communication with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pool Maintenance Technician is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common pool issues.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Test and adjust water chemistry to maintain safe conditions.
• Inspect and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lights.
• Clean pool surfaces, skimmers, and deck areas; remove debris.
• Communicate with clients about maintenance needs and recommendations.
• Manage pool supplies inventory and order as needed; keep records of services.
