Job summary

America’s Swimming Pool Co. - San Marcos is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to start on a maintenance route and grow into leadership roles as the business expands. You will perform weekly pool maintenance and communicate needs to customers.

Starting pay is $17 to $17.50 per hour with raises at 3, 6, and 12 months, plus monthly bonuses and a company truck provided. No prior experience required, just reliability and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual in daily work.
• Self-starter who takes ownership.
• Willingness to learn and improve (no experience required).
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly pool maintenance (cleaning, water chemical balancing, basic troubleshooting).
• Keep routes efficient and organized.
• Manage chemical inventory on the truck.
• Use a smartphone app (Pool Brain) to manage service tasks.
• Identify repair needs and communicate them to customers or supervisor.
• Provide professional, friendly customer communication.
