America's Swimming Pool Company in Texas is hiring our first Pool Maintenance Technician to launch a long-term career in pool service and field routing. You’ll start by running a weekly cleaning and maintenance route with clear opportunities to advance into Route Manager / Operations Lead as we expand.

Responsibilities include maintenance, inventory on the truck, and smart-phone app coordination, with emphasis on reliable, customer-friendly service in hot Texas conditions.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual across routes.
• Willingness to learn and improve; no prior experience required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

What We're Looking For

• Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently
• Willingness to learn and improve (no experience required)
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

High school diploma and/or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred but not required.

Pay and Perks:

• Starting pay: $17-$17.50/hour (based on experience)
• Performance-based raises at 3, 6 and 12 months
