Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and respectful with customers’ property.
• Pool chemistry basics preferred.
• Pool service experience preferred.
• CPO certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly pool maintenance: skim surface debris, brush walls/steps, vacuum as needed, and empty skimmer and pump baskets.
• Test water and balance chemicals as needed.
• Conduct quick visual equipment checks and report issues to the owner.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide friendly updates after service.
• Flag concerns early (water level, algae risk, equipment issues).
• Represent the company professionally while on site.

The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician focused on weekly pool maintenance and great customer communication.

You’ll service residential pools on a weekly route and help homeowners feel confident their pool is clean, safe, and swim-ready.

Job Duties

• Perform weekly pool maintenance:
• Skim surface debris
• Brush walls/steps
• Vacuum as needed
• Empty skimmer and pump baskets
• Test water and add/balance chemicals as needed
• Quick visual equipment check (report issues to the owner)
• Communicate clearly with customers:
• Provide friendly updates after service
• Flag concerns early (water level, algae risk, equipment issues)
• Answer basic questions and represent the company professionally
