Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus - is immediately hiring a Pool Lifeguard. Part Time | Casual Days and Evenings. Pay starts at $13.37/hour, based on experience.

You will life guard at our pools, ensuring a safe environment and delivering excellent customer service to residents and guests. We seek individuals with current Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED certifications, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing training per American Red Cross standards.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current certifications (lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, AED).
• Ability to follow pool policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Guard pools and maintain a safe environment for customers.
• Provide ongoing training and in-servicing to stay compliant with Red Cross skill levels.
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures for all pools.

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus - is immediately hiring a Pool Lifeguard.

As a Pool Lifeguard, you will carry out our Mission of Love by life guarding at Masonic Village pools and maintaining a safe environment at all pools for our customers.

Our Pool Lifeguard Is Responsible For The Following

• Responsible for excellent customer service, skill competency and maintain current certifications.
• Follow all policy/procedures at each pool.
• Responsible for attending on-going training and in-servicing to be compliant with American Red Cross skill level.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all emergency facility procedures for all pools. Maintain a safe environment for our customers.
• Responsible for working a flexible schedule relative to the needs of the program.

What You Need As a Pool Lifeguard

• Demonstrates to ability to perform American Red Cross or equivalent skills for Life Guard.
• Demonstrates computer skills used to operate the check-in software.
• Maintains professional certification Life Guard, CPR, First Aid, AED.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
