Pronto Pools by DiSabatino Landscaping is seeking a Laborer - Pool Installation to help build custom residential outdoor spaces. You don’t need pool expertise; a strong construction background and willingness to learn are key.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year with overtime, PTO, and opportunities for career growth in construction and project management. Responsibilities include assisting with pool construction, site prep, executing hands-on installation, and following plans

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, hands-on, and ready to learn.
• Comfort working outdoors and in different job-site conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the construction and installation of residential swimming pools.
• Prepare job sites and materials for construction.
• Perform hands-on construction, installation, and finishing work.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Follow plans, measurements, and project specifications.
• Work alongside a team to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Help troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions.
• Take pride in delivering quality workmanship.
