Capital City Club in Brookhaven, GA is seeking Pool Hosts/Hostesses for outdoor dining and pool facilities. We offer both seasonal and full-time opportunities in a non-tipping environment with guaranteed wages, plus meals, parking, uniforms with laundering, and recognition events.

Responsibilities include greeting, seating, reservations management, area readiness, and teamwork with servers and managers. Shifts vary and may include nights, weekends, and holidays; compensation is hourly with

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role (private club experience preferred).
• Familiarity with reservation/point-of-sale systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members promptly and courteously.
• Conduct inspections of dining areas to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
• Manage reservation lists and callbacks.
• Ensure menus are clean and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with management for daily specials and information.
• Attend training and staff meetings.
• Communicate with servers and managers regarding reservations and service needs.
• Assist members and staff as needed.
