Allied-Orion-Group is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Associate to perform daily pool and grounds maintenance for an apartment community in Houston, TX. The role includes cleaning common areas, maintaining pool chemical balance, and updating logs.

Responsibilities involve trash removal, irrigation monitoring, power washing, and assisting with housekeeping tasks. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, and city/state certifications may be required.

Competenze

• Six (6) months of stable employment in customer service or a related field.
• Entry level position with on-the-job training available.
• Must have city/state certifications/permits required to perform job responsibilities (i.e., pool operations).

Mansioni

• Remove trash from office areas and common areas daily.
• Clean and maintain pool and monitor chemical balance.
• Update pool logs and records.
• Check pool area gates for proper operation and security.
• Clean carpets in vacant and occupied units as directed by Lead Maintenance.
• Water plants and grass; report irrigation malfunctions.
• Power wash as preventative maintenance.
• Assist Housekeeper with cleaning offices, grounds, and vacant units.
