Job summary

Iowa Sports Management (ISM) is seeking a Health Club Manager to supervise staff, ensure safe, clean operation of the facility and pool, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will train staff on procedures, monitor daily usage, and prepare routine reports for ISM.

• Manage and supervise all club staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and friendly environment of the facility and pool.
• Maintain compliance with health department regulations and monitor pool chemicals.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, incident logs, and routine reporting.
