A luxury urban resort in Georgia is looking for a passionate Pool Experience Model to enhance the pool experience for guests. You will welcome guests, assist with seating, and maintain the pool deck. Ideal candidates have excellent interpersonal skills, can work independently or as part of a team, and can endure physical activity in outdoor conditions. Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all guests and team members.
• The ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
• Ability to endure abundant physical movements in various work areas.
• Able to work in the changing weather conditions of an outside environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the pool and Bar Bibi, assisting with seating, cabanas, and the overall pool experience.
• Complete opening/closing duties while maintaining the appearance of the pool deck.
• Assist with setting up cabanas, towel duties, straightening chairs, and all other pool experience duties.
• Participate in pool safety programs, training, and ensure overall guest safety.
