A hospitality company is seeking a Pool Experience Model at Hotel Bardo in Savannah. In this position, you will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring an enjoyable experience for guests at the pool and Bar Bibi. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, maintaining the pool area, and assisting with cabanas. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A professional appearance and ability to work outdoors are required.

About the role

Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a passionate and attentive Pool Experience Model for our luxury urban resort pool venue, Bar Bibi. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering Bardo’s signature warm, anticipatory service while setting the mood for our club members and resort guests.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests to the pool and Bar Bibi, assisting with seating, cabanas, and the overall pool experience
• Complete opening/closing duties while maintaining the appearance of the pool deck
• Assist with setting up cabanas, towel duties, straightening chairs, and all other pool experience duties
• Participate in pool safety programs, training, and ensure overall guest safety

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all guests and team members
• The ability to work as part of a team or independently
• The ability multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
• Will meet established department appearance standards
