Key Responsibilities

• Construction Support: Assist in building inground pools under Crew Lead guidance; help plumb pools, build formwork, and install equipment pads.
• Site Awareness: Know where tools, safety gear, and materials are stored; maintain cleanliness and follow site protocols.
• Tool & Equipment Use: Keep tools organized and clean; operate equipment like Skid Steers and Mixing Buckets if certified.
• Concrete & Liner Work: Form and pour concrete features; assist with liner installation and troweling pool bottoms (bonus eligible).
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues with liners, plumbing, and automation systems.
• Safety & Reporting: Use proper safety gear; report issues and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Policy Adherence: Follow all company protocols including Paycor, Fleetio, and Divvy systems for timekeeping and vehicle use.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs, work outdoors, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
• Dependability and initiative on job sites.
• Driver's license not required for this role but needed for advancement.
• Career progression & bonus potential: eligibility for bonuses, skill-based progression levels with performance-based raises, and a clear path toward Crew Lead and certifications.
