Job summary

Fairfield company in California is seeking individuals to install, test and service safety swimming pool/spa covers. Training is provided for the right person, who is reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities include installing, testing and repairing equipment to manufacturer specs, plus basic diagnostics and good communication with customers and staff. Overtime may be required during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, electrical or construction background is a plus.
• Hand and power tool experience required.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to work independently.

We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests and repairs all assigned equipment to manufacturer and company specifications
• Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics

• Good organizational skills with the emphasis on keeping job site, vehicle and warehouse organized and clean.
• Must have good communication skills as you have direct contact with our customers
• Ability and willingness to work some overtime when needed, especially during busy season.
• Ensures overall high level of customer satisfaction with the services performed.
• Extensive driving as we cover all of Northern California
• Paperwork is done completely, accurately, correctly and on a timely basis

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and have hand and power tool experience. Mechanical, electrical or construction background a plus.
• Experience in either the Residential/Commercial Construction or the Residential Service Industry is a plus.
• Must have clean DMV, clean background and be able to pass a pre-employment physical
• Good communication skills both verbal and written as we are dealing directly with the end-user with customer satisfaction being the company's highest priority.

Pay is $22-$25/DOE

M-F 7am-3pm
