Job summary

Pearl Pools is seeking motivated laborers to join our central Florida pool construction and renovation projects. Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid license, and be comfortable traveling to various job sites daily.

Work includes loading materials, preparing tools, following supervisor plans, and maintaining site safety. You’ll operate equipment, handle debris, and complete tasks efficiently in outdoor environments across residential and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs frequently.
• Reliable transportation to multiple job sites.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Applicants MUST have a valid license, and reliable transportation to Office/job sites each day. Applicants must also be comfortable traveling to various locations and willing to work outdoors in a range of weather conditions. We are looking for positive, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join our team. We work throughout the central Florida area building, finishing and renovating a wide range of commercial and residential swimming pools

Responsibilities Include

Pay will be based upon experience and qualifications.

• Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete daily tasks

• Ensure all equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
